Second-hand, first

One search across the second-hand sites Thrifta can reach in Ireland.

  • DoneDealLink only
  • Facebook MarketplaceTurned on
  • eBayNot connected
  • VintedTurned on

Turned on means Thrifta asks that site when you search, and the results show how each one answered. Link only means Thrifta needs its browser extension to search that site, but your results link to the same search there.

Hunt less, find more

Fewer tabs to open. Thrifta asks the sites it can reach and puts their ads in one list.

Oak upright piano with open keys

One ad, one line

When the same item turns up on two sites, you get one card with a link to the other.

No made-up totals

Thrifta doesn't guess postage. If it isn't known, the card says "at least" and marks it not known.

What happens to your search

  • Searches run on our server. When you search, Thrifta's server asks each site that's turned on. It doesn't search in the background.
  • Ads aren't kept in a database. They're held in the server's memory. Answers from some sites stay there for up to 60 seconds, so repeating a search is quicker, and then they're dropped.
  • Nothing about sellers. Thrifta doesn't collect seller names, phone numbers or profile photos.
  • Saved finds stay in this browser. They're not sent to our server.
  • You buy from the seller. Every card links to the original ad.
